About Us

People who we help include:

Expectant and postpartum women of all ages: we help expectant mothers navigate the challenges of pregnancy and help them prepare their bodies and pelvic floors for labor and delivery and help them to recover quickly after birth, tackling any post partum issues such as pelvic floor weakness, diastasis recti, pain with intercourse, and any bowel or bladder dysfunction, even if their kids have already graduated. It’s never too late to seek help!

Health-conscious Women who want to be great moms, wives and friends and be able to fulfill those roles without the complications of needing frequent restroom breaks when playing or socializing, or calling a time-out during intimacy with their spouse. We also help women who want to look healthier, feel energized and be able to cope with the demands of keeping up with work and kids, without being bothered by pain, stiffness or leakage issues.

Active men and women, who know that painkillers are not the answer or best long term solution to being able to continue doing what they want to do in life, including work and leisure activities, and are prepared to get to the root cause of their pain or dysfunction and do the work needed, in partnership with a skilled therapist, to meet their activity goals.
